About us

Our mission at Beaumont Power Yoga is to create a space where students can relax, unwind and strengthen their body, mind, and spirit from the inside out.  At our studio we heat our room with infrared heat, which provides a therapeutic, deep penetrating, detoxifying form of heat which expels toxins, heavy metals and polluntants from the body. We welcome the seasoned yogi as well as beginners ready to start their yoga journey by providing a variety of classes to choose from. When practiced consecutively with consistency you can expect increases flexibility, strength, stamina, vitality, energy, weight loss along with a peaceful mind to extend into your journey of life.
